The moment we have all been waiting for, folks. Donnie and Jeremy are getting a bucket of ice on their heads for charity. Donnie and Jeremy were challenged to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by Thomas. Come and enjoy the show while they suffer a bit!

Vass Fitness took part in the Paint the Town 2014 5k run and 3k walk/jog in order to benefit the Vass Park. We saw quite a few people out there and had the chance to give away two “1 Month Free Membership or Tanning” certificates. The lucky winners can bring their certificate to the gym for the stated prizes or put it towards the 4 month membership price.
